CFM Asset Reconstruction Pvt Ltd has announced a public auction of mortgaged immovable properties in Borivali West, Mumbai, to recover a secured debt of about Rs. 78.91 Cr due as of April 2025, plus future interest and costs. The sale includes commercial spaces and party hall areas collectively named Sai Plaza, offered on an “as is where is” basis with a reserve price of Rs. 29.98 Cr. The auction will be conducted online, with bids accepted before 5 PM on the day prior to auction. The notice urges borrowers and guarantors to clear dues before the sale to prevent loss of assets.

Separately, a public notice was issued regarding lost original title deeds for two flats in Versova Dhanlaxmi Cooperative Housing Society, Andheri West, Mumbai. Claimants to these properties are requested to come forward within 14 days or be presumed to waive any claims.
