Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Denta Water and Infra Solutions has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean audit opinion. The Board appointed Mr. C Mruthyunjaya Swamy as Additional Executive Director and Chairperson, Mrs. Hema H M as Additional Executive Director, and Mr. Gowdar Thimmappa Suresh as Independent Director, all pending shareholder approval. Ms. Nista U Shetty resigned as Non-Executive Director. The company reappointed key auditors and highlighted a robust order book with 17 ongoing projects worth Rs. 6143.79 million and upcoming projects of Rs. 1345.5 million.
