FY25 revenues rose 8.9% YoY to ₹10,697 Cr, led by home textiles (+8.5%) and exports (+10.8%). EBITDA totaled ₹1,451 Cr with a 13.6% margin, down from last year, while PAT slipped 6.2% to ₹639 Cr. Flooring revenues declined 4.1%. Capex was ₹701 Cr, mainly for towel projects at Anjar. The Board approved acquiring an 84.3% stake in Drape Story Interiors for ₹14.57 Cr, boosting home textile offerings under the SPACES brand.
