DEE Development Engineers has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue hit a record ₹289 Cr, up 16.1% YoY and 79.4% QoQ, with PAT at ₹32 Cr, rising 165.5% YoY and an EBITDA margin of 22.9%. FY25 revenue grew 5.1% to ₹848 Cr, with PAT up 66.5% at ₹44 Cr. Capacity expansion at the Anjar facility (+15,000 MTPA) and a new seamless pipe plant are progressing well. The company flagged tariff revision concerns affecting biomass power projects in rural green energy.
