Expo Gas Containers Ltd — Updates, 29-05-2025: Company Update

Expo Gas Containers Limited has announced a board meeting to approve raising Rs. 22.02 Cr through the issuance of 36.7 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 60 each, on a preferential basis to promoter and non-promoter investors via private placement. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share of Rs. 4 face value. The company will receive 25% of the issue price upfront with the balance payable on conversion. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened to seek shareholder approval for the fund raise, which aims to support the company’s growth initiatives.
