Campus Activewear has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.30 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Ernst & Young, LLP will be appointed as internal auditors for FY26, while ATG & Co. is set to be secretarial auditors for five years from FY26, pending shareholder nod.
