Asian Granito India Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Asian Granito India has announced a board meeting on approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The Group posted revenue of ₹1,558.52 Cr and swung to a net profit of ₹20.6 Cr, rebounding sharply from a ₹19.85 Cr loss last year. EBITDA improved significantly, led by strong showings in Tiles & Others and Marble & Quartz segments. The Board approved acquiring 51% equity in a new subsidiary to broaden its presence. M/s RPAP & Company will take over as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder nod.
