Himatsingka Seide reported FY25 revenue of ₹2,843 Cr, down 0.7% YoY, with Q4 revenue at ₹682 Cr (-3%). EBITDA declined 6.2% to ₹579 Cr, and margins contracted to 20.4%. PAT dropped 32.6% to ₹76 Cr, impacted by margin pressure and strategic changes. Spinning capacity utilization rose to 99%, terry towel 68%, while sheeting remained at 60%.
