Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 25th May 2025, during which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Ms. Neha Jadoun has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 30, 2025. M/s Dinesh Sharma has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting April 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The Board appointed Mr. Akshay Mittal and Mrs. Suman Mittal as Additional Independent Directors for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Sujoy Chakraborty’s re-appointment as Independent Director for a second five-year term was also approved. Resignations of two Independent Directors, Mr. Sushil Kumar and Mrs. Anita Mittal, upon completion of their tenure, were noted.
