Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The Board appointed Ms. Neha Jadoun as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 30, 2025. M/s Dinesh Sharma has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting April 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Akshay Mittal and Mrs. Suman Mittal were appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, also subject to approval. Mr. Sujoy Chakraborty’s re-appointment as Independent Director for a second five-year term was approved. Resignations of two Independent Directors, Sushil Kumar and Anita Mittal, were noted upon completion of their 10-year tenure. The trading window for insiders will reopen from June 1, 2025.
