TGIF Agribusiness Limited has announced a board meeting approving the audited financial results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The company reported total income of Rs 359.11 lakhs and a net profit of Rs 173.82 lakhs for the year. Earnings per share stood at Rs 6.72. There was a change in the board’s leadership with Mr. Indrajeet Mitra appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairperson.
