Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, along with the statement of assets, liabilities, and cash flow. Ms. Neha Jadoun was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 30, 2025. M/s Dinesh Sharma has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Akshay Mittal and Mrs. Suman Mittal were appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Sujoy Chakraborty’s re-appointment as Independent Director for a second five-year term was approved. Resignations of two Independent Directors, Sushil Kumar and Anita Mittal, upon completion of their tenures, were noted.
