ICRA has announced a board meeting on July 31, 2025, with the record date set for July 25, 2025, for the proposed dividend payment of Rs 60 per share (face value Rs 10). This is lower than last year’s total dividend of Rs 100 per share (including a Rs 60 special dividend), resulting in a payout of Rs 57.91 crore compared to Rs 96.51 crore previously. Dividend approval is pending at the AGM.
