Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with the statement of assets and liabilities and cash flow statement. Ms. Neha Jadoun has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 30, 2025. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Dinesh Sharma as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting April 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Akshay Mittal and Mrs. Suman Mittal were appointed as Additional Independent Directors for five-year terms, and Mr. Sujoy Chakraborty was approved for reappointment as Independent Director for another five years. Resignations of two Independent Directors, Sushil Kumar and Anita Mittal, upon completion of their tenure, were noted. The trading window will reopen June 1, 2025.
