The board has approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with an unmodified auditor’s report. A dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share is proposed, subject to approval by shareholders and the joint venture partner, Ushin Ltd. The 39th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conferencing.
