TGIF Agribusiness Ltd — Updates, 29-05-2025: Company Update

TGIF Agribusiness Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income of Rs 171.47 lakhs for the half year ended, with a profit after tax of Rs 76.62 lakhs, improving from Rs 67.26 lakhs in the previous year. Earnings per share stood at Rs 2.96 (not annualised). The Board has appointed Mr. Indrajeet Mitra as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairperson, replacing Mr. Niraj Gemawat who remains on the board. Ms. Zalak Chokshi is appointed as Internal Auditor and M/s Shalini Pandey & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. There was no deviation in the usage of IPO funds amounting to Rs 6.39 Cr, with key spends including agricultural equipment, working capital, corporate expenses, and IPO costs.
