TGIF Agribusiness Ltd — Updates, 29-05-2025: Company Update

TGIF Agribusiness Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The board approved audited standalone financials showing total income of ₹359.11 lakhs and a net profit of ₹173.82 lakhs for the year. Earnings per share stood at ₹6.72. Mr. Indrajeet Mitra was designated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairperson, replacing Mr. Niraj Gemawat, who remains on the board. Ms. Zalak Chokshi was appointed Internal Auditor and M/s Shalini Pandey & Associates is proposed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. No deviation was reported in IPO fund utilization.
