Lumax Auto Technologies Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 29-05-2025: Record Date

Lumax Auto Technologies has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 5.50/share for FY 2024-25, with the record date for dividend eligibility on August 7, 2025. CFO Ashish Dubey will step down on June 30, 2025, succeeded by Ankit Thakral from July 1. Two wholly-owned subsidiaries will be set up, and an investment of Rs. 0.51 Cr is planned in a renewable energy SPV.
