Campus Activewear Limited — Others, 29-05-2025: Change in Auditors

Campus Activewear has announced a board meeting at which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean audit opinion from B S R & Co. LLP. Ernst & Young LLP will serve as internal auditors for FY 2025-26. The company plans to appoint ATG & Co. as secretarial auditors for five years from FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval. A final dividend of Re. 0.30 per share has also been proposed, awaiting shareholder consent.
