ICRA Limited — Important, 29-05-2025: Updates

ICRA has announced a board meeting. Consolidated total income stood at ₹575.43 Cr with PAT rising to ₹171.20 Cr from ₹150.75 Cr. Ratings & ancillary services and Research & Analytics segments delivered strong PBT of ₹100.39 Cr and ₹60.99 Cr respectively. Standalone results showed total income of ₹388.78 Cr and PAT of ₹148.19 Cr. Dividend proposed at ₹60 per share, down from ₹100 last year, with a payout of ₹57.91 Cr. The 60% acquisition in D2K Technologies is set to boost ICRA’s analytics capabilities.
