The Indian Wood Products Co. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. It reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 225.81 Cr and consolidated revenue matching at Rs. 225.81 Cr. Standalone net profit after tax stood at Rs. 3.68 Cr versus Rs. 2.59 Cr last year; consolidated net profit was Rs. 5.20 Cr up from Rs. 3.66 Cr. The Board declared a final dividend of Re. 0.15 per equity share (7.5% of face value), subject to shareholder approval. The company plans to install a 1 MW solar power plant at its Bareilly factory, investing Rs. 2.66 Cr to save about Rs. 60 Lakhs annually on electricity costs, enhancing sustainability and cost efficiency. Mr. Surendra Bagri has been reappointed as Independent Director for five years. M/s. RK DS & Associates and M/s. M Shahnawaz & Associates have been appointed as Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor respectively.
