Samvardhana Motherson International Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Samvardhana Motherson International has announced a board meeting to approve a private placement of rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to ₹8,500 Cr. The company plans to issue 8.5 lakh NCDs of ₹1 lakh each in tranches to eligible investors. Coupon rate, tenure, and redemption terms will be set by the authorized committee. These listed NCDs will strengthen the company’s funding without diluting equity.
