ICRA Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

ICRA has announced a board meeting on May 29, 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted robust growth with total income of ₹575.43 Cr and profit before tax of ₹233.97 Cr. Profit after tax came in at ₹171.20 Cr. The Board approved a dividend of ₹60 per equity share (face value ₹10). Both the Ratings & Ancillary Services and Research & Analytics segments delivered strong profitability. Chandrasekaran Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
