Jay Ushin Limited has announced a board meeting that approved key appointments including RSM & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years, Bansal ND and Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and Ahuja Sunny & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. The board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder and JV partner approval. The financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with the auditor’s unmodified report, were approved. The 39th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conferencing.
