The Indian Wood Products Co. Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 225.81 Cr and profit after tax of Rs. 3.68 Cr for the year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 225.81 Cr with profit after tax of Rs. 5.20 Cr. The Board declared a final dividend of 7.5% on the equity share capital, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Surendra Bagri was approved for reappointment as an Independent Director. M/s RK DS & Associates and M/s M Shahnawaz & Associates were appointed as Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor, respectively. The company is setting up a 1 MW solar power plant at an estimated investment of Rs. 2.66 Cr to reduce electricity costs by approx. Rs. 60 lakhs annually and improve sustainability.
