Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue climbed to ₹1,56,103 lakhs, led by strong gains in Performance Polymers & Chemicals and P&K Fertilizers. Profit before tax rose to ₹11,790 lakhs, with net profit at ₹8,830 lakhs for continuing operations, significantly up year-on-year. EPS stood at ₹58.61. Improved operational efficiency and segment margins helped sustain growth, alongside stable cash flows despite higher working capital and lower borrowings.
