The Indian Wood Products Co. Ltd has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 225.81 Cr, up from Rs. 191.74 Cr a year ago, with consolidated net profit at Rs. 5.20 Cr versus Rs. 3.66 Cr previously. Standalone performance showed revenue of Rs. 225.81 Cr and net profit of Rs. 3.68 Cr. The Board has announced a final dividend of Re. 0.15 per share (7.5% of face value), subject to shareholder approval. A 1 MW solar power plant will be installed at the Bareilly factory, costing Rs. 2.66 Cr and expected to save Rs. 0.60 Cr annually on electricity. Mr. Surendra Bagri is reappointed as Independent Director for five years. New internal and secretarial auditors have been appointed for FY 2025-26.
