SBEC Systems India Ltd — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Board Meeting

SBEC Systems has announced a board meeting on which the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 were approved. The company reported total income of Rs. 376.91 lakh for the year, up from Rs. 319.06 lakh in the previous year. Profit after tax stood at Rs. 243.78 lakh compared to Rs. 132.91 lakh year-on-year, reflecting improved profitability. The company has started solar energy generation and leasing operations from July 2024. SBEC also approved an open offer for shareholders of SBEC Sugar Limited and appointed a Category-1 Merchant Banker to manage it. M/s. Sarat Jain & Associates has been re-appointed as Internal Auditor. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financials.
