Trans India House Impex Ltd — Updates, 29-05-2025: Company Update

Trans India House Impex Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financials. The company appointed M/s Agarwal Akshay & Associates as the internal auditor for the financial year ending 31st March 2026. The Board also amended its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information to ensure timely and uniform disclosure, maintain confidentiality, and regulate sharing of sensitive information on a need-to-know basis, enhancing transparency and compliance for shareholder protection.
