Radiowalla Network Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Radiowalla Network Limited has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue for the year rose to Rs. 211 Cr from Rs. 153.9 Cr last year. Employee benefits cost Rs. 66.3 Cr and other expenses Rs. 18 Cr. Profit before tax was Rs. 16.51 Cr, while net profit declined to Rs. 6.97 Cr due to higher tax and one-time listing charges. The board approved an Employee Stock Option Scheme with 4.5 lakh options. The company switched to straight-line depreciation, lowering annual charges, and boosted cash reserves to over Rs. 106 Cr.
