ICRA Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose 9.8% QoQ to Rs. 136.2 Cr in Q4 and 11.6% YoY to Rs. 498 Cr for FY2025. PAT increased 19.1% QoQ to Rs. 56 Cr and 12.5% YoY to Rs. 171.2 Cr. Despite a 12.5% drop in bond issuances, the ratings segment remained stable. Growth in Research & Analytics was driven by customised research and risk products. The company is investing in AI and advanced analytics to boost offerings and efficiency.
