Rossell India Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a net loss after tax of Rs. 22.05 lakh for the quarter, a decline from a net profit of Rs. 6.17 lakh in the previous quarter, though it reported a net profit of Rs. 19.89 lakh for the full year. Revenue from operations was Rs. 62.65 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 181.56 lakh for the year. The board proposed a 20% dividend of Re. 0.40 per share, up from 15% last year.
