Sobha Limited posted a strong FY25 with PAT nearly doubling to Rs. 95 Cr on 29% revenue growth to Rs. 4,163 Cr. Q4 sales value rose 32% QoQ, with new area sold jumping 53% to 1.56 mn sq.ft and average price up 23% YoY to Rs. 13,412/sq.ft. Annual sales value dipped 6% to Rs. 6,277 Cr, but better collections and net debt turning negative Rs. 630 Cr boosted the balance sheet. The company is accelerating expansion with fresh project launches and new city entries, sustaining solid execution momentum.
