Earlier, its subsidiary acquired a 60% stake in Greenfuel Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd for Rs 153.09 Cr, boosting Lumax’s footprint in alternative fuels. These moves strengthen Lumax’s control over key auto component operations while accelerating its push into sustainable and clean energy technologies, positioning the company well for future growth in diversified automotive and green tech segments.
