Ushanti Colour Chem Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ushanti Colour Chem has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenues rose sharply to Rs. 79.52 Cr from Rs. 52.04 Cr last year. However, the company posted a consolidated net loss of Rs. 6.16 Cr, widening from a Rs. 3.10 Cr loss previously. No dividend was declared.
