Ram Ratna Wires has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹3,676.75 Cr from ₹2,983.25 Cr last year. Profit before tax rose to ₹97.16 Cr, with net profit increasing to ₹70.20 Cr. Earnings per share improved to ₹14.29. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share. Strong demand boosted key segments like Enamelled Wires & Strips and Copper Tubes & Pipes. The merger with Global Copper Pvt. Ltd. is nearing completion, pending tribunal approval.
