Indian Phosphate Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indian Phosphate Limited has announced a board meeting on 29th May 2025, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 884.03 Cr from Rs. 714.87 Cr, while net profit rose to Rs. 13.12 Cr from Rs. 12.11 Cr. EPS was Rs. 3.92. The balance sheet strengthened with equity and reserves at Rs. 165.19 Cr and total assets reaching Rs. 292.61 Cr. Utilization of the Rs. 67.36 Cr IPO proceeds remains on track.
