Airan Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated total income stood at ₹117.63 Cr with a PAT of ₹18.77 Cr. Domestic revenue dominated at ₹104.44 Cr, while operating expenses rose slightly. Profit before tax improved to ₹23.72 Cr. Standalone PAT was ₹16.81 Cr, supported by stronger cash flow from operations of ₹21.22 Cr, reflecting stable liquidity. A notable boost to other income came from a fair valuation gain on Beacon Trusteeship shares.
