Star Paper Mills has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a net profit of Rs. 501.08 lakh for the year ending March 31, 2025, and proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share (35%). Madhukar Mishra was re-appointed as Managing Director for five years from July 1, 2025. PKMB & Co. and K.B. Saxena & Associates were appointed Internal and Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26.
