Tata Elxsi has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year, along with a proposed final dividend of Rs. 75 per share. In FY 2024-25, the company posted operating revenue of ₹3,729 Cr, up 5% YoY, and a profit after tax of ₹785 Cr. The Transportation segment, driven by OEM deals in EVs and autonomous driving, contributed 54.2% of software services revenue with 13.8% growth. Media & Communications and Healthcare & Life Sciences accounted for 32.5% and 12.3%, respectively. Strong ESG focus includes a 64% cut in GHG emissions intensity and ongoing investments in AI, Gen AI, and aerospace-defense expansion.
