Airo Lam Limited has announced a board meeting on 29th May 2025, approving audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted revenue of ₹216.77 Cr and net profit of ₹15.90 Cr for the year, up from ₹206.64 Cr and ₹12.03 Cr respectively last year. Operating margins rose to 9.87% and net profit margin to 4.95%. To enhance governance, Nimit B. Shah & Co was appointed Internal Auditor and CS Nayan P. Pitroda as Secretarial Auditor.
