AGI Infra Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board appointed M/s M.L Arora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and re-appointed internal and cost auditors for FY 2025-26. An interim dividend of 0.50 paisa per share was declared. Despite cash outflows mainly from inventory, the statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion, reflecting operational stability and strong governance.
