Graphisads Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Graphisads Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of audited consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25. Revenue rose to ₹159.3 Cr, with profit after tax more than doubling to ₹8.39 Cr from ₹3.66 Cr last year. EPS came in at ₹4.59. The board appointed CA Ritika Agarwal as Tax Auditor and Mr. Shobharam Dhama as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company completed property acquisitions through its subsidiary and wrote off ₹6.8 Cr of advances against reserves due to recoverability issues.
