Ram Ratna Wires has announced a board meeting on key leadership and auditor changes that strengthen its governance. Hemant Mahendrakumar Kabra will transition from President & CFO to Joint Managing Director, while Rajeev Maheshwari will take over as CFO starting June 1, 2025. Sumeet Mahendrakumar Kabra is appointed Executive Director, and Sanjay Agarwal joins as an Independent Director, both for five-year terms pending approval. The company also proposed M/s. Khanna & Co. as Secretarial Auditors and re-appointed M/s. Bhagwagar Dalal & Doshi, M/s. Poddar & Co., and M/s. DMKH & Co. as Tax, Cost, and Internal Auditors respectively for FY 2025-26.
