Total income rose to Rs. 677.1 lakh despite higher expenses, with cost of material consumed being Rs. 776.05 lakh. The company re-appointed M/s. Brajesh Gupta & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and Mr. Venkatesh P A as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion, indicating clean financials.
