Shri Techtex Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shri Techtex Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 82.67 Cr from Rs 76.38 Cr, while profit before tax increased to Rs 19.90 Cr versus Rs 16.92 Cr last year. Net profit jumped to Rs 14.67 Cr, with EPS at Rs 5.88. The company is strengthening its technical textiles business, using most IPO funds for capacity expansion, new machinery, and working capital, while parking Rs 3.42 Cr in fixed deposits.
