Simplex Infrastructures Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 29-05-2025: Allotment of Securities

Simplex Infrastructures has issued 72.39 lakh equity shares at Rs.289 each to non-promoters, raising Rs.209.22 Cr through fresh equity. It also allotted 74.21 lakh convertible warrants at the same price to both promoters and non-promoters, collecting 25% upfront (~Rs.53.62 Cr). Additionally, it converted Rs.74.88 Cr of loans from NARCL into 25.91 lakh equity shares, giving NARCL a 15% stake on a fully diluted basis. This equity infusion boosts funds with moderate promoter dilution.
