Bohra Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bohrra Industries has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a standalone net loss of ₹368.33 lakh, wider than last year’s ₹257.72 lakh. The company appointed Jain Kothari & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY26 and S P Moud & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY25. CS Anshu Agarwal joins as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Despite ongoing losses, equity remains stable at ₹5313.76 lakh with low borrowings of ₹124.51 lakh. Cash position improved slightly to ₹3.07 lakh.
