Confidence Petroleum India Ltd. has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 3145.76 Cr with a net profit of Rs 90.84 Cr for the year. A final dividend of 10% (Rs 0.10/share) was declared, pending shareholder approval. LPG sales drove growth with Rs 2782 Cr, while the Cylinder division contributed Rs 363 Cr. The company is exiting its LPG import terminal project to focus on smaller terminals and expanding retail and bulk LPG supply.
