Innovana has announced a board meeting on the approval of consolidated financial results for FY25. Revenue rose to Rs. 10348 lakh, with profit before tax increasing to Rs. 5532 lakh from Rs. 5301 lakh last year. Net profit climbed to Rs. 4471 lakh, supported by strong software product sales and contributions from subsidiaries across fitness, construction, gaming, and astro services. EBITDA improved to Rs. 6657 lakh. The board acknowledged the clean audit report. No dividend or capital-raising plans were shared.
